Alliance Health serves people in North Carolina's Cumberland, Durham, Johnston, Mecklenburg, Orange and Wake counties who are insured by Medicaid or are uninsured. Their network of providers offers treatment and support for mental illness, substance use disorders, and intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Mecklenburg County Mobile Crisis Team If you are having a mental health emergency such as substance use crises, situational and emotional distress, critical incident stress and trauma debriefing.
Their team includes licensed clinicians, clinical social workers, and professional counselors extensively trained in de-escalation and crisis intervention. When dispatched, they assess the situation, create a personalized crisis plan, and connect individuals to community resources to stabilize and recover.
Their services are free, available anytime, and bilingual counselors are on staff.
